Defence

Our team is active in this industry for over 30 years. We work with the latest FEA and 3D printing tools to speed up product development to the highest standards. Every spring product passed our thoughts over the years. We are looking forward to share our experience with you.
Inno Dock Schock Technik GmbH has considerable knowledge to make cross references of NSN-numbers to the specific systems and components. Moreover, INNO DOCK GROUP is able to make the “cross reference” between the NSN number of the relevant systems and components.

Our product range includes, for example, the following components:

• Cable springs
• Stainless steel Expansion joints (stainless steel bellows)
• Vibration dampers in general (think for example of general rubber vibration dampers, etc.)
• Cabin elements
• Leaf Spring Mounts (LSM / X mounts)
• Rubber compensators
• CPM (The Constant Positioning Mount)

All-metal Cable Mounts: The most rugged solution for demanding conditions

The all-metal cable mounts are the most rugged solution for demanding environmental conditions, high shock loads and possible ultimate low residual shocklevels.

High damping and high deflection capabilities are the most favorable ingredients for our engineers to design the most optimum shock isolation systems. The all metal construction is capable of handling a wide temperature range and is highly resistant to chemical and salt water environment. Besides a large spectrum of available sizes and specifications also custom made solutions are a realistic option even for smaller production series. Our wide range of projects where cable mounts have proved to be the best solution covers a wide range of applications from rough militairy handling to the most delicate opto electrical equipment.

Hut elements provide the best noise and shock isolation

The excellent isolation properties of the hut elements are inherent to the use of the rubber material in this series of mounts. If acoustic properties are of high importance the series of Hut elements should always be considered since the correct selected mounts will provide the best noise isolation.

Also from a shock isolation perspective the mounts show a very high performance since dynamic travel of up to 60 mm is possible. The hut elements are described in the German DIN 95365 norm and consist of a series of 6 different basic shapes and also several hardness options to choose from to get the best results. As the basic elements have mild steel and Natural rubber as a default choice, optional the metal can be stainless steel and several alternative elastomer types are available on request.

Leaf Spring Mounts, excellent combination of stainless steel and damping resin

The LSM spring is a classic way of dealing with shock and vibration protection onboard all kinds of defence vessels. Originally developed it the previous century for the British navy the LSM springs have found their way to many applications worldwide since. The construction of the springs with a material combination of stainless steel and damping resin has proven to be a reliable solution.

For extra noise isolation we can offer acoustic washers to add on top of the mounts. LSM springs are identified with Nato Stock Numbers for easy replacement of used parts worldwide.

Constant Positioning Mounting (CPM): Excellent shock mount for high-precision applications

Application: The Constant Positioning Mount offers a 3 dimensional pre compressed characteristic which makes these mounts is the ultimate in constant positioning. Shocks in X, Y and Z direction can be reduced from very high levels to 2g or less with repositioning deviations of less than 0.02mm. These qualitites make Innoshock Constant Positioning Mount an excellent shock mount for navigation and guided weapons systems as well as other military and civilian high-precision applications where a constant positioning is important.

Construction: Specific information concerning the construction of Innoshock Constant Positioning Mount can be obtained upon request.

General: Every Innoshock Constant Positioning Mount is designed according to the specific customer requirements and it therefore not a Nato Standard from stock solution
The container at the rear deck is a decrompression container equiped with Constant Positioning Mounts (CPM). Very rigid during regular service, but able to absord shock at extreme shock conditions.

New testing facility for shock and vibration components

We are proud to present our latest test equipment which enables us to measure the mechanical characteristics of our products with high accuracy and up to 50 kN!

The new test facility enables us to optimize our products as well as our engineering services.

At this moment our services covers 6 degrees of freedom calculations and simulation models. Combined with a fully digital testing system with high precision measurement control, we are able to simulate tests like compression, drop and collision and transport vibration with an even higher level of accuracy.

Since INNO DOCK SUPPORT operates brand independent this makes us your partner for calculations on shock- and vibration and even more interesting, we are able to develop new mountings covering even the most complex shock- vibration requirements.
